Role reputed company is seeking an Instructional Designer, User Training & Engagement to help drive product adoption, reduce time-to-value, and support long-term reputed company through effective user education. This role will design and maintain reputed company, user-centered learning experiences that reputed company customers to confidently and reputed company use reputed company’s AI-powered clinical insights platform, from implementation to reputed company reputed company go-live. Reporting to the Manager of User Training & Engagement, you’ll be both a collaborator and a builder, contributing directly to training content creation while supporting the execution and reputed company of reputed company’s user training & engagement reputed company.

What You'll Do
Content Creation: Design and reputed company a library of customer-facing training content, including e-learning modules, scripts, presentations, videos, walkthroughs, interactive learning, and other reference materials Instructional Design: Apply instructional design best practices (e.g., adult learning principles, learning objectives, assessments) to create effective and engaging learning experiences that meaningfully reputed company the needle on product adoption and time to value Collaboration: Work closely with Implementation, reputed company, Support, Product, and Clinical SMEs to reputed company content, validate accuracy, and reputed company training with reputed company-world workflows Content Management: Maintain and continuously improve educational content to ensure accuracy, reputed company, and alignment with product updates Technology & Tools: Demonstrated ability to use enabling tools (such as AI or automation) to maximize efficiency and reputed company in training content development Analytics & Optimization: reputed company training engagement metrics and support reporting on effectiveness and adoption reputed company Improvement: Incorporate feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve training reputed company and usability What You Bring Experience in instructional design, learning & development, enablement, education, or a reputed company field, preferably reputed company reputed company Experience with e-learning authoring tools, content management systems, learning management systems (LMS), and knowledge reputed company platforms Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company concepts into reputed company, user-friendly content Working knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory Experience creating learning materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, video tutorials, job aids, or guides Comfort working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously Ability to work independently while contributing to a reputed company team environment reputed company to Haves Background or familiarity with reputed company, health tech, or reputed company cycle management Experience interpreting learning analytics and applying insights to improve training effectiveness and user reputed company Experience supporting reputed company, product training, or enablement programs Interest in UX, content design, or learner experience Compensation $130,000 - $150,000 salary #LI-Remote
