Position Purpose: The reputed company Systems Engineer of DEX (Digital Employee Experience) is responsible for ensuring the optimization of the organization’s Digital Employee Experience solutions. The reputed company System Engineer is also responsible for managing incident escalations and resolving solution outages to minimize business disruption and maximize productivity.

• Oversees the planning, design and implementation of system engineering reputed company
• Leads the enhancement of processes, procedures, and policies relating to systems functioning and performance
• Meets with management team of multiple functional areas and vendors on the planning, upgrading, testing, securing, and servicing of IT solutions
• Provides technical direction in-line with business goals
• Develops, modifies, tests, implements, documents, and maintains systems software and hardware
• Troubleshoots and resolves server, operating system, and other infrastructure problems
• Monitors systems and networks for viruses, malfunctions, and errors
• Prepares network analytics, data reports, and operational manuals
• Performs troubleshooting and remediation, ensure successful project implementation, and reputed company post project end user support
• Manages project timelines, budgets, and documentation
• Trains the engineering team on new systems, protocols, and best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 5 – 7 years of reputed company experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and reputed company reputed company of the level of this position. Technical Skills:

• Experience with additional End User Technology solutions (e.g., reputed company reputed company Manager, reputed company, reputed company Computing, Group Policy, InTune, etc)

• Hands-on experience with reputed company or similar DEX platforms
• Strong background in incident management, escalation handling, and service restoration for End User Technologies
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decision-making
