In this critical role, you will contribute to the reputed company of arenaflex's Contact Center for Foodservice by providing support to our Selling Team and field partners, handling service and delivery issues, and establishing and maintaining reputed company business relationships. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to inbound calls, inquiries, and communications from customers, marketing associates, and other customer representatives, as reputed company as making outbound calls as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer Sales and Sales Support interactions from customers and sales associates (phone and email) such as general inquiries, feedback, or incidents
- Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
- Answer basic inquiries and resolve basic problems

Requirements and Qualifications
