Your Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, both verbally and in writing

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns

- A high school diploma or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience

Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of banking products and services

Compensation and Benefits
* $21 per hour
- Flexible scheduling reputed company, including reputed company through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST

Work from Home Technology Requirements
* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
