As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer transactions, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Providing exceptional customer service and answering general questions
• Cross-selling arenaflex's products and services to customers
• Providing account services to customers, including account openings and maintenance
• Balancing cash drawers and ATMs
• Scanning teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Collaborating with other team members to reputed company reputed company goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent customer service skills, with a reputed company on building strong relationships with customers
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
