As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and helping them reputed company their financial goals. You'll be the go-to person for our walk-in customers, providing expert advice on consumer deposit products and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process. Key Responsibilities

- Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products

Basic Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
