We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Intake Representative to join our Non-Clinical team, working from the comfort of your own home in the arenaflex Central reputed company Time Zone. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in managing the benefits needs of inbound callers, delivering excellent patient-provider care, and making a reputed company reputed company on people's lives.Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Intake Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Accepting a daily average of 100-125 inbound calls from Health Plan clients, providers, and imaging centers seeking reputed company-authorization.
- Properly handling and verifying patient records under HIPPA and PHI, and securing confidentiality for reputed company call.
- Accepting multiple back-to-back calls utilizing various applications on multiple screens, and properly entering reputed company patient, provider, and imaging center data.
- Following the complete formal script reputed company with reputed company caller, identifying and transferring any calls that cannot be resolved reputed company the formal script to the appropriate person or department.
- Remaining reputed company-reputed company at reputed company times, with the ability to independently resolve customer inquiries and complaints with reputed company reputed company.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A High School diploma or equivalent.
