We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Advisor to join our REMOTE team in Memphis and Knoxville, TN, and Tucson, AZ. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our credit card customers, resolving their concerns and inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and reputed company personalized solutions that meet their financial goals.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions and concerns reputed company to their credit card accounts
- Process and respond to customer inquiries utilizing multiple systems to reputed company information on accounts while answering every call with professionalism and accuracy

Schedule
* 11:30 am – 8 pm Arizona Time Zone

Basic Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in reputed company Office applications
Preferred Skills/Experience
* Thorough knowledge of credit card products, services, rates, terms, fees, and applicable regulations
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer calls
- Proficient in multiple systems and software applications
