Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and handle new prescription requests and reorders, including verifying and updating patient benefits and insurance information.
- Assist patients in navigating and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system, processing and collecting copay payments, and obtaining approvals from insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate orders with records of sales or clinical issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure reputed company reputed company.

Required Qualifications:
