As a Customer Support Engineer, you will work with Technical reputed company teams as an AI-informed expert to differentiate arenaflex to our clients. In this role, you will assist prospective clients and partners in understanding the power of arenaflex, explaining technical features, helping clients design models, and troubleshooting any potential issues. Moreover, you will have reputed company to assist clients in utilizing specific AI (ML) equipment developed by arenaflex (e.g., Tensor Processing Unit). You will work closely with clients and product development to shape the TPU stage.
Key Responsibilities
