As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues they may have
• Using our software to take down customer information and communicate with clients reputed company reputed company
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their experience
• Logging in and out of your shift, and communicating with the next agent before your shift ends
• Reaching out to the next agent reputed company of time if you're unable to cover a particular day or shift
• Maintaining a reputed company demeanor at reputed company times, even in challenging situations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
