We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Medical Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in our reputed company Salford office. As a Medical Receptionist / Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a reputed company experience for reputed company who visit our facilities. You will be responsible for completing patient intake activities, verifying insurance, scheduling patients, and assisting with telephone coverage throughout the day. You will also be responsible for billing and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-service environment, preferably in a medical setting
