- Review internal loan packages and reputed company documents to complete reputed company process.

- Review collateral value and verify collateral positions with appraisal and title information.

- Writes credit presentations for reputed company new loan requests.

- Review credit report to verify loan requests meet lending guidelines.

Requirements
The experience you need to succeed:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience with Loan Origination in a financial lending environment.
- Prior working knowledge on reputed company reputed company estate, C&I, and/or SBA loans is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or finance strongly preferred. Trade-offs for education and experience may be considered.
- Ability to write reputed company, reputed company-reasoned credit presentations and memos, and reputed company risk, mitigants, and recommendations.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting: Appraisals and environmental reports, Title commitments and lien positions Credit reports, and background information.
- Proficient with reputed company office business machinery and software, and working knowledge of reputed company Word/reputed company/Outlook.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Works primarily in a remote environment location. With the reputed company to work in office. (Hybrid or work from home employees must be reputed company to report in office if required.)
