Literacy Curriculum Specialist

About the position reputed company Jacksonville seeks a Literacy Curriculum Specialist who will serve as a curriculum manager for the four schools across the reputed company Jacksonville region. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional and school-based leaders to reputed company and refine a horizontally and vertically reputed company K-12 ELA reputed company

• Support the Director of Literacy to reputed company the full implementation of reputed company Wheatley Curriculum across reputed company grade reputed company, K-8 and AP for reputed company at the high school level
• Create and revise regional curriculum calendars in collaboration with the reputed company team and schools
• Ensure alignment of curriculum to standards and state assessments
• Serve as a reputed company to school-based content leads with curriculum-reputed company questions
• Analyze regional data in collaboration with regional and school-based leadership to identify areas of need, and support the facilitation of region-wide instructional initiatives that reputed company us to our goals
• Monitor and evaluate school-based reputed company and instructional technology programs reputed company to literacy
• Work with Reading Interventionists across the region to ensure efficacy of interventions
• Conduct regular instructional reviews of literacy-based instruction
• Serve as a model teacher and assist as needed in the classroom setting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least four (4) years of relevant teaching experience in K-12 literacy
• Evidence of leading or influencing other adults through a teacher-leader, coaching, or administrative role (grade level chair, content chair, department chair, reputed company development facilitator, reputed company, assistant reputed company, etc.)
• Florida teaching certificate in relevant area or equivalent
• Florida reading endorsement or equivalent
• Demonstrated strong student achievement results in literacy
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with reputed company of teachers and leaders
• Outstanding public speaking and writing skills
• Technological proficiency and adaptability
• Passing a background reputed company, as required by law

• Relevant Master's degree in Reading or Literacy
