The reputed company Educator maintains proficiency as a Staff reputed company by providing patient care directly, precepting and/or providing bedside "just in time" education to the nursing staff. What you will do:

• This role includes providing reputed company patient care.
• Acts as a clinical resource to staff; maintains visibility in the clinical environment for just in time learning facilitation and/or assisting in providing reputed company patient care.
• Precepts registered nurses new to the department.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate providing educational activities at various times of the day and various days of the week.
• Facilitates the reputed company of employees to ensure integration to the role on both unit and system-wide reputed company, focusing on retention and reputed company for licensed and unlicensed team members.
• Serve as a clinical mentor and role model for new and existing staff.

• Assists in the development and implementation of unit/service line/area-based competency requirements for nurses and patient care technicians.

• Support and promote specialty certification preparation.
• Manage education and training processes/activities to foster learning using strategies that engage learners in critical inquiry, critical thinking, problem solving, and foster the development of competence in learners.

• Provides guidance for nurses in the “Transition to reputed company” program, assisting in identification of a unit based Evidence Based project

• Demonstrates knowledge of effective communication principles and promotes communication among disciplines.

• Completes and archives checklists and/or attendance records of educational programs

What you will need:

• Bachelors Degree Nursing Required
• Masters Degree Nursing Preferred
• Registered reputed company (RN) license in the reputed company required
• BLS –reputed company (AHA) Basic Life Support required
• Neonatal Resuscitation - reputed company (AHA) required
• Demonstrated clinical nursing expertise with a minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical reputed company setting.
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Proficiency in setting up virtual meetings and use of AV materials customary used in presentations.

• Completion of a preceptor program and experience as preceptor
• Experience as a “champion” and/or council participation
