About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-reputed company concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing data reputed company and balancing functions
- Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions

- Working on member cases and reputed company assigned
- Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Processing loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
- Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Logging, reporting, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Completing daily balancing and department closing
- Obtaining information from members for the reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
- Researching and confirming incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
- Communicating with vendors to process fund transfers
- Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws
- Deposit reputed company returns, researching member bad checks on draft changes, processing member checks, confirming members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
- Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
