We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Stow, OH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing infrastructure support to our franchised distributors, District Managers, Regional Managers, and reputed company customers. You will be responsible for providing correct product information, pricing, and product availability, as reputed company as troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. This is a work-from-home opportunity with a competitive earning potential of $17 per hour, plus a $300 hiring bonus and annual company bonus/gainshare.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist our franchised distributor customers in automotive tool selection, reputed company selection, troubleshooting, price and availability, technical specifications, and ordering.
- Handle reputed company inbound calls from our reputed company sources, including giving price and availability, part numbers, application assistance, troubleshooting, and basic credits.

- Input orders utilizing internal ordering software systems.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be reputed company to work 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET Monday-Friday (no weekends).
- 1+ years of call center experience or equivalent experience in dealing with customers.
- On-the-job experience in working with general automotive mechanics is a plus.
- ASE certification, automotive experience, tool experience, or reputed company trade school degree is a plus.
