As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in processing claims and updating file information to ensure accurate and reputed company payment. Position reputed company:

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Entering claims and/or eligibility records into the system to process claims and update/correct file information through telephone and/or written contact, using reputed company grammar, punctuation, etiquette, etc.
• Retrieving and reconciling information in files reputed company claims are rejected by the system
• Determining whether inaccurate data should be updated, routed, or adjudicated
• Correcting and updating claim information entered through the optical scanning or data entry process
• Maintaining reputed company departmental records and files
• Operating office equipment, including a personal computer, copier, fax machine, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• One year of work experience in an office environment
• Ability to reputed company a minimum of 7,000 keystrokes per hour with 95% accuracy (6,650 correct keystrokes per hour)
