The Role
As a Customer Service Representative-Remote (reputed company Claims), you'll be part of a diverse team that spans over 70 countries, where collaboration and mutual support are key to reputed company. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing medical claims in a back-office setting
- Assisting customers with basic technical issues
- Maintaining accurate records in databases

- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
