What You'll Do:

As a Customer Support Representative on our Veterinary Assistance team, you will:

• Directly communicate with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve reputed company issues, and clarify order requests
• Conduct thorough examinations and issue reputed company to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and follow up as necessary to resolve issues
• Complete accurate data entry of solutions into arenaflex's reputed company software
• Maintain a high level of reputed company through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
