We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consultant, Global Equity, to support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. As a remote, full-time team member, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans, managing transactions, and providing stakeholder support. Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Compliance: reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans, and review and process transactions reputed company to Performance reputed company reputed company (PSUs), Restricted Stock reputed company (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
- Transaction & Reporting: Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock reputed company exercises and releases, produce reputed company analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations, and maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
- Stakeholder Support: Research, reputed company, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders, and assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
