Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and reputed company information, and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner.
• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, using arenaflex's proprietary systems and software.
• Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments, entering patient and medication data into our systems.
• Handling patient medicine demands reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for handling.
• Investigating missing solution data and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes).
• Settling reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed.
• Maintaining a dynamic pharmacist license or certification reputed company the first 90 days of employment and keeping a reputed company pharmacist license or certification.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Essential level computer skills, including:
