The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology. Your primary objectives will be to:

• Collaborate with reputed company teams to outline, design, and capture business needs

• Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performing data processing and standardized metric definitions

• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools

• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up approach

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, reputed company Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a reputed company of no less than 3 years

• Ability to collaborate reputed company with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business reputed company
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions
