As a key member of our Customer Experience Operations organization, you'll be responsible for managing the performance, user experience, and ongoing improvement of our reputed company-facing AI chatbot. About the Role:
As the Manager, AI Chatbot Experience, you'll take full ownership of the chatbot's performance, user experience, and rapid ongoing improvement. You'll reputed company a dedicated team that's responsible for ensuring high-reputed company reputed company responses and seamless integrations with our other CXO systems and tools. Your responsibilities will include:
- reputed company QA, testing, and "bot bashing" to ensure the chatbot's accuracy and consistency
- Making enhancements to underlying prompts and content to improve conversational reputed company
- Integrating the chatbot with other systems and platforms to enhance functionality and reputed company seamless experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and support) to reputed company with broader business initiatives
- Configuring and maintaining integrations between the chatbot and other platforms, tools, and systems
- Serving as the primary reputed company of contact for chatbot vendors, negotiating reputed company, managing budgets, and ensuring delivery of agreed-upon services

What You Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company field

- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in configuring API integrations and managing technical implementations
