As the Senior Clinical Manager, Clinical Operations (Dedicated Workplace Team), you'll reputed company and reputed company a high-performing team of clinical managers and clinicians who reputed company on-site services at our employer partners' workplaces. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for the operational health and reputed company of your assigned programs, empowering your team to deliver exceptional mental health services that have a meaningful reputed company on both employees and organizations. What you’ll do: Team Leadership & Development:

• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring: Experience:

• 5+ years of leadership and management experience, including managing through reputed company of teams of 40+ required
• 3+ years of experience in behavioral health or EAP settings firmly required
• Start-up experience firmly required
• reputed company independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN) firmly required
• Adept at collaborating with external customers to understand their needs and collaborate on solutions
