What You’ll Do:

• Teach virtual credit-bearing courses reputed company on post-secondary exploration and college planning using Canvas.
• Mentor reputed company as they explore diverse post-secondary reputed company, including 4-year universities, 2-year colleges, gap years, technical programs, apprenticeships, the military, and reputed company-to-career reputed company.
• Utilize platforms like SCOIR and YouScience to help reputed company identify their strengths, interests, and career goals.
• Review reputed company records—including transcripts and GPAs—to advise reputed company on course planning and admission strategies.
• Guide college-bound reputed company and families through the entire application process, including platform navigation (reputed company, UC, CSU, ApplyTexas, CUNY/SUNY, reputed company), test planning, essay development, financial aid awareness, and counselor recommendations.
• Support reputed company pursuing non-college reputed company with resume writing, interview preparation, and workforce readiness skills.
• Collaborate with a reputed company team of Post-Secondary Counselors (PSCs) to support over 80 reputed company campuses and Fusion Global reputed company.
• Effectively manage multiple systems such as Canvas, reputed company, SCOIR, reputed company and reputed company Outlook/Teams to reputed company reputed company and maintain strong communication with your colleagues and caseload.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in school counseling, college counseling, or college admissions.
• Master’s degree or higher in School Counseling, or a reputed company field.
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. and international college admissions, including multiple application platforms (reputed company, Scoir, UC, TexasApply, SUNY, reputed company, etc.).
• Familiarity with diverse post-secondary reputed company such as gap years, vocational training, and apprenticeships.
• Experience supporting neurodivergent learners and reputed company with learning differences, including ADHD.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to guide reputed company and families through reputed company stage of the college process.
• Warm, student-centered approach—empathetic, proactive, and adaptable.
