Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Senior Manager, Database Communications to reputed company reputed company and execution of our email and SMS programs across the full fan lifecycle from acquisition through retention. This position is full-time and reports to the VP, Digital Fan Engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the end-to-end email and SMS reputed company to drive measurable business reputed company and improve how we communicate with our fans at reputed company
• Serve as the subject matter expert for email and SMS best practices, deliverability, accessibility, and regulatory compliance
• reputed company planning, creation, QA, and deployment of reputed company email and SMS campaigns and automated journeys
• Translate organizational priorities into a reputed company fan communication roadmap, balancing campaigns, automation, and testing
• Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging and design is reputed company, compelling, and on-brand
• Work cross functionally to drive segmentation, personalization, and content improvements, as reputed company as deliver cohesive omnichannel experiences
• Continuously test and optimize email content, timing, reputed company, and templates to improve performance
• Build and maintain reputed company reporting dashboards to communicate performance and reputed company to stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-7 years of experience in email or database communications experience
• Deep expertise with ESPs, CDPs, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and lifecycle reputed company
• Proven ability to use data to inform reputed company and demonstrate business reputed company.
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation at reputed company
• Strong written communication skills

• Willingness and ability to travel onsite as needed, approximately once per year

BENEFITS This role is full-time, remote and is compensated at a reputed company of $58,000 to $78,000 annually. While this is the intended reputed company, the actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and geographic location of the position. We anticipate the highest end of the reputed company will be reserved for those who exceed the hiring committee’s expectations on reputed company measures of the evaluation process.
