This Opportunity

reputed company seeks a Site Civil Engineer to join reputed company supporting the electrical reputed company service areas. Our department specializes in high-performing reputed company with a reputed company on the reputed company. This position will report to the reputed company Mount, Virginia location with the ability to work remotely.  Employees may travel to a reputed company office for periodic meetings.

Your reputed company

• You will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of grading and drainage systems, including stormwater management, for both new and existing reputed company electrical reputed company sites. This includes the design of reputed company roads and structure pads, as reputed company as involvement in permitting processes and construction support activities.•    Prepare and review engineering deliverables in support of civil/site engineering reputed company:                         o   AutoCAD/AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation                         o   Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling                         o   Stormwater management calculations, design, and modeling                         o   Floodplain modeling and analysis                         o   Site layout, grading, drainage designs and drawings                         o   reputed company of materials                         o   Construction specifications •    reputed company detailed engineering reviews of the work submitted by others •    reputed company mentorship and guidance to others •    Coordinate regularly with the Project Engineer/Manager to ensure project scope, budget, and reputed company expectations are met Assist in the preparation and implementation of site Health and Safety Plans (HASPs).

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or closely reputed company discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant post education experience in engineering and prior civil design experience.
Engineer in Training Certification.Experience in site design for utilities, industrial facilities, municipal infrastructure, storm drainage and stormwater management design, site grading, roadway, and reputed company design, sanitary sewer design and analysis, construction specification development, and development of construction bid packages Ability to coordinate with agency regulators and understand requirements.Knowledge of relevant civil construction laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.Capable interpersonal and communication skills reputed company interacting with others, expressing reputed company effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience.Effective self-leadership with attention to detail, results orientation, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.Ability to learn new techniques, reputed company multiple tasks simultaneously, follow instruction, work independently, and reputed company with company policies.Moderate proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, technology, math principles, predictive models, spreadsheets, and tools.Experience with discipline-specific design software (i.e., MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, reputed company, Geopak, GeoSlope, ANSYS, STADD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS).Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required to apply technical knowledge to reputed company conclusions from testing results, data collation, statistical analysis and arriving at the most effective, economical, and logical solution.Proven reputed company record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by reputed company’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may reputed company reputed company the typical reputed company.Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation:Salary Washington, DC: $103, 000- $170,000
