- Draft and amend welfare benefit (e.g., medical benefits) plan documents such as reputed company plan descriptions and reputed company of benefits and coverage documents (as needed), in accordance with internal/reputed company guidance.
- Attend new group meetings for reputed company assigned.
- Understand and apply applicable regulations and laws in the drafting of plan documents.

- Provides operational support to team members as needed and contribute consistently to daily workflow.

Requirements:
- Five plus years of relevant experience.
- General knowledge of regulations and laws that apply to drafting welfare benefit plan documents (e.g., COBRA, ERISA).
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
