About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Functional Consultant – HCM to join reputed company’s HCM implementation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting HCM implementations, documenting business processes, creating UAT scripts, and assisting with end-to-end system delivery. You will work closely with senior consultants, technical teams, and project managers to support requirement gathering, testing, and go-live readiness. What You’ll Do

• Support HCM implementations by gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role

• Experience creating functional documentation, process maps, and UAT test scripts
