Manager-reputed company Performance (Full Time, Remote, reputed company Carolina Based)

Under the general guidance of the reputed company Management Director, the Manager of reputed company Performance plays a central role in continuously improving reputed company’s reputed company reputed company strategies and innovation capabilities. The candidate must be a proven people developer with a reputed company approach that builds trust reputed company reputed company stakeholders including but not limited to clinical operations, senior and executive leadership. This position will have multiple reputed company reports (individual contributors) and is responsible for not only performance improvement data analysis, but also for the development, implementation, monitoring and management of specific clinical strategic interventions including HEDIS and Population Health initiatives aimed at improving member and provider experience, member health reputed company and decreasing cost of care per reputed company. This position is fulltime remote. While there is no expectation of being in the office routinely, they may be required to report to reputed company Home Office (Morrisville, reputed company Carolina) for business meetings as needed. Minimum Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in reputed company services, project management, statistics, public health, business administration, organizational development, or reputed company area of study from an appropriately accredited institution and five (5) years reputed company experience (gathering, editing, and analyzing data), of which at least three (3) are supervisory or involved significant experience as a project leader in the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Lean or equivalent certification and/or Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification required for position Preferred: Master’s degree preferred Registered reputed company or LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC or Health Plan prior experience with reputed company and performance improvement preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and statutes governing the area of work

• Extensive experience in establishing and documenting PDSA cycles and key reputed company diagrams
