Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or construction management.
- Minimum of 5-10 years' experience managing fixed-price construction reputed company, with a strong emphasis on Federal reputed company (DoD/USACE experience highly preferred).
- Experience managing project budgets of $10M+ gross.
- Ability to reputed company costs, forecast accurately (ETC), manage project profitability (NIBT, margins), and drive project underruns.
