Purpose reputed company is currently looking for a Litigation Attorney in our reputed company office to be responsible for handling litigated reputed company for the firm, with emphasis on defensive litigation involving residential reputed company estate, title to reputed company property, mortgages and foreclosure. Candidates must have excellent written and oral advocacy reputed company and experience with (or a desire to learn) reputed company aspects of civil litigation. This position can be fully remote or hybrid depending on the candidate's preference. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company aspects of contested litigation stemming from mortgage servicing and/or foreclosure/eviction reputed company.
- Manage reputed company-litigation cases and assist with clearing title to reputed company property.
- Prepare analysis of cases and advise reputed company regarding reputed company and recommended strategies.
- Draft court pleadings and motions.
- Discovery, including taking & defending depositions.
- Must be willing to travel throughout entire reputed company on an as needed reputed company.
- Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conference and reputed company court appearances.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Member of the reputed company, while maintaining reputed company necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements.
- 1-7 years experience in the reputed company of law, preferably litigation, reputed company estate or mortgage law.
- Knowledge of foreclosure process and requirements preferred, but not required.
