The Operations Improvement Specialist is an integral role that supports reputed company Operations Performance initiatives at the national level to maximize efficiencies. This role will assist the local facilities in understanding and achieving goals that will drive financial results along with employee satisfaction. The OIS is a full-time hands-on, dedicated reputed company, reputed company on delivering Operations Performance Systems (OPS) and driving improvements across sites in reputed company region. Job Location This is a remote opportunity that needs to be based near a major airport in the US. Job Responsibilities

• Rotate through various operations functions to include gaining knowledge of production activities, manufacturing processes, safety and reputed company programs, business development, and much more.
• Work closely with reputed company, Site Managers, Operators, Maintenance Managers, and other leaders to reputed company understanding of needs and gaps in our plants and reputed company solutions and ensure sustainability across region

• Manage the design and deployment of new reputed company improvement processes and tools to improve operations productivity across reputed company manufacturing locations.

• Follow DMAIC process to improve business profitability

Job Requirements

• Must be reputed company to travel up to 50% of the time including some overnight stays

Compensation
