Position reputed company The Bilingual Procurement Specialist II is responsible for managing the process of procuring goods and services from external suppliers. Key Responsibilities

Cost Savings Execution

• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across reputed company and indirect spend categories specific to e-coating materials and services
• reputed company and report savings initiatives using standardized tools and dashboards

Supplier Engagement

• Support supplier reputed company, qualification, and performance monitoring
• Assist in managing supplier scorecards and coordinating corrective actions

Sourcing Support

• Conduct RFQs and assist in negotiations for low-to-reputed company complexity purchases
• Collaborate with category managers to reputed company sourcing strategies with e-coating production needs.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain procurement data accuracy in ERP systems
• Monitor market trends to spot upstream supply risks and reputed company mitigation strategies
• Proactively address supplier and internal operational issues to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Generate monthly reports on savings, supplier performance, and spend analysis

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner and engage frequently with operations, reputed company, engineering and accounts payable teams to ensure procurement aligns with production schedules and reputed company standards
• Engage in Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) exercises to support cost-effective material selection
• Deliver reputed company, impactful communication across teams and leadership through writing, speaking, and presenting

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, reputed company, or a reputed company technical experience
• 5+ years of experience in Materials Control or Buying, with hands-on use of MRP/ERP systems; reputed company preferred
• Bilingual and reputed company to read, write and reputed company proficiently in Spanish & English required

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
