Position reputed company The Phone & Email QA Representative is responsible for monitoring and evaluating reputed company interactions to ensure high-reputed company service, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Essential Job Functions

• Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound reputed company calls for accuracy, professionalism, compliance, and overall customer experience.

Required Skills And Experience
