UM Acute Inpatient Supervisor, reputed company

• The supervisor role will conduct audits and reputed company reviews; implement education, workflow refinements, and policy updates (including InterQual and clinical guidelines) in collaboration with medical leadership.
• The supervisor will partner with clinical, operational, and technology teams to design, implement, and support AI/LLM-enabled workflows that improve triage, clinical review efficiency, documentation reputed company, and staff experience.

Your Responsibilities and reputed company will include:

• Supervise the Acute UM Inpatient team, including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, coaching, and corrective reputed company.
• The supervisor will monitor and reputed company key UM and operational metrics (timeliness, denial/overturn rates, volumes, throughput), identifying trends and driving reputed company improvement.

Required skills and experience:

• An unrestricted RN license with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• A minimum of 3 years experience doing utilization management at a health plan
• A minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Understanding of AI/LLM
• Knowledge of Interqual Guidelines
• Understanding of CMS guidelines and MA requirements

Desired skills and experience:

• Certified in InterQual

#LI-Remote Salary reputed company: $75,000-$115,000 The pay reputed company listed for this position is the reputed company the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting.
