[Remote] Manager, Treasury & Capital Markets

As a Manager, Treasury Capital Markets, you will work as a strategic partner reputed company the Treasury team and reputed company directly with banking partners and other key stakeholders to support Treasury initiatives and product launches.

Responsibilities

• reputed company strategic negotiations with banks, fintechs, and capital markets counterparties to support both Treasury initiatives and reputed company's product ecosystem
• Build and reputed company strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and capital markets players to unlock new product capabilities and accelerate reputed company
• Manage Wealtsimple’s Treasury investment portfolio to propose investment plan, execute reputed company, monitor and optimize portfolio performance on an on-reputed company reputed company
• Identify and manage reputed company’s corporate foreign currency, interest reputed company, and equity exposure, including trade execution
• Propose and implement hedging strategies and work with the controller team to ensure reputed company reputed company treatment

Skills

• 7+ years of Treasury and Capital Markets experience with reputed company external counterparties negotiation and engagement
• Exceptional relationship-building and management skills—you know how to reputed company doors, build trust, and turn conversations into partnerships
• Demonstrated reputed company launching new products and/or capabilities from scratch in fast-paced settings, especially with an external partner
• Prior experience in Canada and US liquidity regulations (LAR, LCR and internal liquidity stress testing), bank's FTP, and negotiating ISDA's would be a strong asset
• Strong knowledge of capital markets products and transactions with the ability to structure creative solutions for reputed company problems
• Deep understanding of Treasury investment portfolio management, foreign currency, interest reputed company, equity market risk management
• A passion for technology, specifically fintech
• Outstanding communication skills—you can translate reputed company Treasury/financial concepts into reputed company narratives for a non-Treasury audience
