reputed company detailed financial models (including restructuring, financing, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) models). Participate in pitches and calls with clients. Complete asset level due diligence on buyer/seller portfolio. Review legal documentation. Participate and/or conduct due diligence sessions with companies. Work with analysts, associates, vice presidents, and senior banker deal team members to reputed company financial models and reputed company book materials, conduct company research, and analyze data to help advise reputed company or prospective corporate clients on actual or prospective M&A transactions and corporate finance offerings. Present market updates and new reputed company to clients, including, but not limited to, capital markets, M&A, and capital raising. Maintain internal logs of precedent transactions, reputed company follow M&A deals in the reputed company, calculate premiums reputed company, and calculate valuations. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field and 6 years of reputed company, post-baccalaureate work experience. Must have 6 years of experience in:

• Led financial modeling and valuation analysis in reputed company reputed company, including discounted cash reputed company (DCF), accretion/dilution, and leveraged buyout (LBO) models across transactions valued at $1bn+.
• Conducted precedent transactions and comparable company analyses to support M&A reputed company and investment reputed company.
• Oversaw development of reputed company financial models, delivering actionable insights to executive teams.
• Partnered with senior bankers, clients, and legal teams on live and prospective transactions across multiple industries.
• Created and presented pitchbooks and acquisition reputed company presentations to clients, contributing to increases in deal conversion reputed company year over year.
• Delivered valuation analyses and financial presentations in both reputed company meetings
• Must have 4 years of experience in:
• Directed end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation analysis, marketing material preparation, and regulatory coordination across cross-border and domestic deals.
• Led transactions involving both buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company mandates, including reputed company market M&A, strategic partnerships, and fairness opinions resulting in $5bn+ in cumulative transaction volume.

The reputed company salary for this job is $300,000.00 per year.
