B2B Performance Marketing Manager
This is a remote position. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Performance Marketing Manager to reputed company and reputed company our reputed company acquisition and demand reputed company efforts. Key Responsibilities
Performance & Demand reputed company
- Design, execute, and optimize B2B performance marketing campaigns across reputed company Ads and reputed company, reputed company on reputed company reputed company, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution
- Own full-funnel reputed company: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and channel mix to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency
- reputed company attribution models and performance data to guide reputed company and forecasting
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, ad platform data, CRM insights, and dashboards
- Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, offers, and reputed company pages
- Partner with CRO to improve conversion rates across forms, reputed company pages, and reputed company flows
- reputed company and validate hypotheses through reputed company A/B testing
Creative & Messaging reputed company
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to reputed company high-performing B2B ad creatives and copy
- Ensure messaging aligns with ICPs, buyer stages, and sales enablement goals
- Guide creative testing frameworks and scaling strategies
Team Leadership & Operations
- Manage and mentor media buyers and performance marketers
- Support recruitment, reputed company, training, and reputed company development
- Build reputed company workflows, SOPs, and documentation for reputed company acquisition and reputed company gen
- Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing stakeholders

Requirements
- 3+ years in performance marketing with a strong B2B reputed company reputed company reputed company

- Proven experience managing full-funnel B2B campaigns tied to pipeline and reputed company
- Strong understanding of CRO, reputed company page optimization, and A/B testing
