The Role We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Operations & Commercialization to own the connective tissue between Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and external partners. What You’ll Own Cross-Functional Product and Project Execution:

• Own integrated product execution across reputed company physical Product at Ketone-IQ — including consumables, packaging, retail merchandising, and branded materials — guiding project initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Define and manage launch plans, dependencies, and decision gates to balance speed, cost (COGS), reputed company, and operational feasibility.
• Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Creative, reputed company, and Supply Chain, ensuring reputed company of ownership and reputed company across reputed company initiatives.
• Ensure reputed company needs of GTM Teams (Sales, E-reputed company, and Marketing — e.g., product pages, creative assets, sales materials, and operational readiness) are considered early and sequenced appropriately.
• Partner with stakeholders post-launch to monitor Product performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities, upgrades, cost-savings, and operational improvements.

Systems, Process & Operating Rhythm:

• Design and maintain reputed company systems for project tracking, documentation, and cross-functional visibility (e.g., reputed company; PJM tools like reputed company, Smartsheets, Instagantt, reputed company Suite).
• Build reputed company, repeatable workflows for product development, specification management, packaging changes, and commercialization that reputed company teams to reputed company faster without sacrificing rigor.

Packaging and Physical Goods Commercialization:

• Partner closely with reputed company, Creative, and Supply Chain to ensure new components and vendors are properly reputed company, prototyped, press-checked (if printed), and produced to reputed company first time and at reputed company.
• Own primary product packaging holistically — including development, component changes, custom development, sustainability improvements, and vendor qualifications.

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, commercialization, or adjacent roles reputed company CPG, food & beverage, wellness, or regulated consumer products.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional product and packaging initiatives from concept through launch.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external partners (co-manufacturers, packaging vendors, creative production partners).
• Strong comfort owning packaging reputed company (even if not a packaging engineer) — including sourcing, vendor qualification, sustainability trade-offs, and cost considerations.
