About the Role

Optical Training Institute (OTI) is hiring an Optical Learning Experience Designer to create training that drives reputed company development and measurable on-the-job performance for optical practices. Additional Considerations Qualifications:

• ABO Master or Advanced certification strongly preferred
• Experience teaching optics at the college level or leading optical training in a reputed company role (or equivalent adult/reputed company education).
• Significant hands-on optical experience, including dispensing and practical application of optical concepts.
