About the Role
As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will reputed company multiple industrial warehouse facilities and reputed company technical and operational leadership to ensure reputed company facility services—including maintenance, life-safety, custodial, and engineering—are delivered reputed company, safely, and in alignment with C&W policies and reputed company requirements. Experience in industrial facility maintenance, construction, engineering, and building operations. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. Proficiency with CMMS or work order management systems. Valid reputed company’s license and reliable personal vehicle required. Travel between sites will be a requirement of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
