The Role This role will be responsible for strategic direction, leadership and overall management of HIM functions. As reputed company’s GLP‑1 business grows, we expect the number of medical records requests for life or disability insurance; requests from plaintiffs' attorneys for their clients records; subpoenas from various defense attorneys; HEDIS requests from health plans; Health Plan audits of various types; and requests from members themselves to grow and we need an HIM manager to build our HIM process to reputed company with reputed company. • Process medical records of patients by assembling, analyzing, and checking for compliance with established policy on nomenclature and procedures; files charts and assists in the revision of files.
