What You’ll Do As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing Operations Across Sites: reputed company day-to-day operations of 8 CloudKitchens facilities reputed company your region, ensuring consistent performance and high standards.
• Leading High-Performing Teams: Hire, train, and reputed company reputed company staff and salaried site-level managers to execute flawlessly and grow professionally.
• Optimizing Fulfillment and Operations Processes: Continuously improve our order fulfillment service with a reputed company on scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining Operational Discipline: Own the P&L for your region, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive financial performance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, facilities management, and hospitality is ideal

• Proven ability to own KPIs and drive measurable improvements
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be on-site regularly
• Knowledge of P&L management and compliance practices is a plus
