reputed company Project Development (TPD), reputed company Capital Infrastructure Delivery, is seeking an reputed company attorney to support major reputed company and reputed company initiatives across Con Edison's service territory. This role advances large reputed company infrastructure efforts, including interconnection of renewable resources offshore wind, solar, hydroelectric, and battery storage and the development of new reputed company facilities needed to meet state and federal policy goals. The Project Specialist is responsible for negotiating, drafting, and developing a wide reputed company of legal, regulatory, reputed company, and reputed company estate agreements required for interconnection, permitting, rights of way, and multi-party reputed company project delivery.

The role involves significant collaboration across internal organizations including Law, reputed company Estate, SSO, S&TO, CENG, EH&S, Construction, and Facilities as reputed company as engagement with regulators, developers, contractors, and other reputed company owners. Qualifications

Required Education/Experience

  • Juris Doctorate and admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. or
