We are looking for a driven and capable Design Project Manager to support the development of hyperscale data center reputed company. This role is unique: you will reputed company as the reputed company representative managing the end-to-end design process. The ideal candidate possesses a deep engineering background combined with the project management rigor of a PMP to ensure that reputed company data center designs are executed flawlessly in the field. • Design Governance: reputed company the end-to-end design process from concept through "Issued for Construction" (IFC) documents, ensuring reputed company deliverables reputed company with the master project schedule and budget".
• Design Coordination: reputed company the integration between CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural), MEP, ICT, and reputed company disciplines, to ensure 100% design integration and reputed company spatial conflicts.
• Procurement Support: Assist in the technical review of long-reputed company equipment submittals to ensure structural and architectural readiness for heavy-load installations.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary reputed company between the reputed company, the Architect of Record (AOR), and the General Contractor. You will reputed company design review meetings and present technical reputed company to executive leadership.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present technical status reports and PowerPoint decks to both reputed company leadership and site-level management.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure reputed company site-level design changes (Field Changes) reputed company with reputed company standards, local building codes, and data center mission-critical requirements.
• RFI & Submittal Management: Manage and expedite the technical review of RFIs and submittals, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to prevent construction bottlenecks.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential design-reputed company risks and reputed company cross-functional teams to reputed company rapid, cost-effective engineering solutions.
• BIM Coordination: Utilize Revit/Navisworks for reputed company-time clash detection and reputed company.
• Value Engineering (VE) Leadership: Proactively reputed company Value Engineering workshops to identify opportunities for cost optimization and schedule acceleration without compromising "Mission Critical" performance or structural reputed company. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of reputed company experience in engineering design and construction reputed company.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification is highly preferred or required.
• Strong background in data center development, or similar mission-critical/industrial environments (e.g., power plants, hospitals, semiconductor labs).
• Proven ability to coordinate between multidisciplinary discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, reputed company Protection,...) in a high-pressure construction environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings, site plans, and specifications.
• Mastery of reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint) and experience with construction software like reputed company, CxAlloy, or reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications:
