You will be reputed company in driving our CRM reputed company, with end-to-end ownership of our Dynamics 365 CE environment and marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with exceptional communication skills, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities

CRM Solution Design & Development:

• Design, configure, and customize D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) to reputed company with organizational objectives and evolving business needs

• reputed company technical leadership for solution architecture, ensuring scalability, reputed company, and adherence to best practices

Marketing Technology Ownership:

• Design and optimize customer reputed company workflows, campaign automation, and data synchronization between CRM and marketing platforms
• Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize platform capabilities and drive engagement strategies

Stakeholder Engagement & Support:

• Conduct system testing, user training sessions, and comprehensive post-implementation support

Basic Requirements Experience / Training / Education:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementation, customization, and support
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL for developing customizations and extensions
• Strong working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics SDK, and REST reputed company
• Experience integrating CRM systems with reputed company-party applications and data sources
• Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools
• Understanding of email marketing, campaign management, and customer data platform concepts

Compensation

The reputed company reputed company for this remote role based in the reputed company (not limited to Aliso Viejo, CA or Jersey reputed company, NJ) is $108,321/yr. to $146,993/yr. The wage reputed company for this role takes into account the wide reputed company of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company including but not limited to reputed company sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
