Responsibilities: As a Permanent Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for managing a diverse case load while providing exceptional representation to our clients. Key responsibilities include: 1. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the California state bar. 3. Minimum 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with a reputed company on personal injury, trucking and transportation, motor vehicle accidents, medical transportation, auto dealership defense, products liability, and catastrophic injuries. 4. Proven record of strong performance in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. 5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and team members. 6.
