• *Detailed Responsibilities**

+ Building a strong partnership with our onsite partner and developing a shared culinary reputed company for the location + Representing Levy and our business objectives at partner meetings, networking and building relationships with key partners and vendors + Overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation in reputed company activities across the culinary department + Interviewing applicants interested in roles requiring your hiring consideration and approval + Identifying opportunities and driving improvements in both the food and financial performance + Overseeing season planning process ensuring alignment with Levy and partner expectations/goals + Overseeing menu design and updates in line with food trends and internal data, cost of goods, and popularity + Overseeing project management of construction/refurbishment activity that happens in the department + Conducting event walks interacting with team members, guests, partners, and VIPs + Creation of menu build diagrams + Working closely with the regional and Home Office culinary teams to continually reputed company the food experience for guests + Working in partnership with our partners and regional leadership team to reputed company location strategic plan + Conducting department safety walks so it maintains an outstanding level of safety and cleanliness

• *Job Requirements**

+ 5+ years experience as an Executive Chef in a high volume atmosphere + Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products + Culinary degree from a reputable culinary school is preferred + Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to manage budgets, control costs and drive profitability + In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations + Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a guest reputed company reputed company. + Proven ability to reputed company in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism + High level of computer literacy + Experience in the use of reputed company media is preferred
